Access to places we wanted to visit, nice location for morning or evening walk. Easy access to the National highway and city bypass, very popular vegetarian restaurant nearby, friendly reception staff

The room service and housekeeping service as pathetic. They don't even pick up the calls.
But the staff at the Breakfast area were super courteous and efficient. Matched with an excellent breakfast spread this is what probably redeemed our stay
The lack of response from Reception and Room service and housekeeping. Their phione system is very user unfriendly.
