The hotel is very near to Holland Park underground station. There are also regular local buses just outside the hotel. A nice buffet breakfast is provided
(£10 extra). It looked nice. My room was very clean with a (shared) bathroom very near by. The staff were polite with a 24 hour reception available.
There are quite a few steps to get up to the hotel's reception. My room was on the third floor. But there is a lift. Although I didn't use it.

The location was good close to tubestation
The parking area was so so small. The beds were not comfy at all. Also the walls were so thin all night the noise from the main road were so loud we could not sleep all night . Also the beds were so hard and uncomfortable & the bedding were not good. There was only 1 socket in room for charger. And the ensuite bathroom basin was so small couldnt wash face properly.in morning as all the water dripped down. Little things needed upgrading.
