The entrance to the hotel was very easy and the staff was kind and helpful, which is always a good start. I had a cozy small room, but it was sufficient for one night. The bathroom was also sufficient and the balkony view amazing. I also praise the proximity to the train station and the city centre and location on one of the busiest streets, yet the room was calm.
I couldn't connect to a wifi in my room and therefore not use it.

Quaint old property, very nice personable staff - who had also been in touch before our booking. Really close to Genova Brignole station which works well from the airport and onwards travel: but also can walk straight into the historic centre and the port areas.
Breakfast was very basic - all prewrapped, nothing fresh except the coffee.
