The room was small, but it had an excellent layout and included all the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to Brignole train station, making it very convenient for getting around. The 24-hour front desk was also a great feature and added extra convenience to my stay.

Hotel itself was fine
We paid for the hotel’s “recommended” car park and came back to a broken-into car. So much for security.
What’s worse is the staff’s attitude—zero empathy. The man at reception cared more about his parking tag than about the fact that our car had just been damaged. There was no empathy, no urgency, and no real attempt to help.
When we asked for assistance finding a repair shop, we were sent to one that was closed — despite being told it was “definitely open,” and even a quick Google check showed otherwise. It felt careless and dismissive, adding unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.
Honestly, we would have been better off parking on the street and saving the money.
What disappointed us most was not just the incident itself, but how little it seemed to matter to the hotel. We were left feeling like they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible
