For what I paid - I couldn’t believe how lovely my room was - JOY4 - spacious, clean and comfortable - def stay there again
The tv aerial was broken but soon as INNIT were told - they arranged repair for next day
I was only there one night so didn’t affect my stay

Good location. Shop and sea front near by. Comfortable bed.
Shower head needs replacing. Maybe a new carpet as a few stains. Very creeky floorboards. Cold water tap in my room was bursting out getting me soaked when I brushed my teeth..maybe a plumber is required.

Good communication with staff
Staff took our concerns about our original room seriously and were moved to another room at a different location. Room at Innit Bliss was much better.
Problems with key box - had been given the wrong number. Took a while to speak to an actual person rather than an AI person
Property - hall, room tired, floors slopping
Room smelt stale. Bathroom smelt like someone had been smoking in it. Affected the smell of the towels
Bedside light did not work
Light over sink hanging down
Drainage issues in shower
