the staff were polite ,very good locating and i would say the room was quite small but for what we paid and with the locating i would say reasonable.

Air-con at last on what had been an exceptionally hot holiday!
The location was quiet. The room was more spacious than some city hotels.
The bathroom was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.
We were c;lose to the nearest Metro station. Montparnasse station was only 10 minutes' walk away.
The breakfasts were good, but would benefit from more variety in the choices available.

TV was good
we stayed Sat to Mon and they did not clean on Sunday (sort of normal)
One light bulb was busted
after shower we found someone else's pubic hair floating around
then we saw an active nest of ants, lots of ants
some machine kept turning on and off all night, high pitched pump sort of
