I loved how Egyptian culture is reflected in the interior design, with so much attention to detail. The clean, fresh beds every day, the different restaurants, and even the golf carts taking you around the resort added to that luxurious feeling and overall vibe. It just felt so relaxing and comfortable.
At times, there was some noise at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I had also initially requested a double bed, but unfortunately had to wait until the following day for this to be arranged. As guests often arrive after long flights, it would have been appreciated if room requests could be fulfilled upon arrival where possible. Overall, this would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Minor issues, no signs for Qibla in the room, but staff were quick give direction

Staff friendly but very slow, staff didn’t always answer the phone whether room service, house keeping or reception.
