We had a wonderful stay! We were welcomed around 9 PM for check-in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in Noto, as well as useful information about visiting the towns in the southern part of Sicily.
The accommodation was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We also appreciated the private parking, and they kindly allowed us to leave our car there for a few hours after check-out, which was very convenient.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the €10 — we highly recommend it!
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend this place!

Irene the property manager is fantastic, friendly and willing to help with good tips, useful information and a WONDERFUL breakfast set up for the guests. Its 3 minutes from city center by car.

Perfect little oasis just outside the Noto city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Attentive and helpful staff - Ambra and Irena make an excellent team. Very helpful with touring advice and restaurant recommendations. Secure parking on site and a superb breakfast, with many items grown in their own garden.
Nothing at all - the property is as advertised with no hidden surprises.

Breakfast, the attendant and the breakfast room were all very good. The coffee and food variety were excellent. Parking was secure and adequate.
The location of Villa Ambro is terrible. The neighborhood is filthy with garbage, lots of garbage in the streets, on the sidewalks and stray dogs roaming the area tearing into garbage bags and making the mess even worse. In addition, these dogs seem threatening, especially in groups of 4 and 5. The dogs all seem to gather and bark a lot around 4:00 to 4:30 all three nights we were there. The person who checked us in told us the walk to city center was short and mostly flat. It is neither. And worse the filthy sidewalks are not adequate against all the car traffic, so it becomes ridiculously dangerous to walk. We drove to city center and of course found parking totally impossible. All in all Noto is not a good place to stay and venture out from.
