Camera pulita e in ordine. Caffè e acqua.
Condizionatore non acceso al nostro arrivo per cui la camera era caldissima. Il condizionatore era rumoroso; si sentono i rumori della strada.

Location of the property is its biggest advantage. You can get to the city center in 30 minutes walk. The room was quiet and clean.
First of all it’s not a hotel at all! You are getting a room with a bathroom in a regular flat. No reception or lobby or even someone to talk to. Everything is being sent to you with a WhatsApp messages. Finding available parking space on the street is impossible and getting into garage space (paid extra) may be tricky - two levels down with a sharp turns. I found bed very uncomfortable, it was collapsed in the middle.
