The location could not be better! A short walk ( uphill) from the main drag...which has great transportation links but is busy/ noisy...the hotel is right in the middle of a lovely, lively, local spot. Everything is on the doorstep.
The Staff were absolutely lovely.
Great towels, great bed and pillows.
The breakfast room doubles as a bar in the evening.
The Single rooms have only bath/ shower combo. The Hotel offered me an upgrade to a Double so that I didn't have to navigate a bath...I was extremely grateful for this.
Of course, older hotels are less likely to have walk-in showers. So if you're an older/ less lithe guest, book a Double :)

Excellent location, very comfortable bed. We were on the 5th floor and had a balcony which was amazing!
The lobby was being refurbished, I’d like to see it when it’s finished as it looked an amazing space

The location is great. It's in the heart of Montmartre and very near to the Metro station (Blanche). Lots of great restaurants, cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk. The staff were very friendly.
The room was very hot - hot enough to make sleep a challenge, even after a busy day out. (It was a warm April week and the air conditioning "wasn't available" in the building yet.) Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbor using the toilet every morning - it was as loud as if standing right next to them. In general, the property itself doesn't feel loved or cared for by its owners.
