Location, price, comfort, buffet breakfast.
Staff were helpful and keen to assist.
Room was clean, not a mosquito in sight!
Noise from wedding downstairs, late into the night, but then again I guess it's India and thus to be expected. No biggie.
Internet was intermittent and weak from my room. Best to have a back up plan, if like me you have online meetings and work.

the rooms were really comfortable and had a great view. the location of the hotel was very central, within 10 minutes driving distance of most key attractions. the breakfast buffet was very yummy.
the wifi was ineffective.

6th floor room given was just below the restaurant and late night and early morning floor banging noise on 7th floor made the stay uncomfortable. No sound proofing.Toilet smells bad due to some plumbing issues
