Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. Good location near the train station.
The stairs to the station was a lot but that is normal for most stations so not really a draw back , great exercise.

The temperature control was individual by room so I was able to set my room temperature to something comfortable for me. The location was very close to Ningyocho Station, and a reasonable 15-ish minutes walk to Tokyo Station, with lots of restaurant options and convenience stores all around.
Room setup was very basic, reminiscent of a college dorm room. Reasonable for one-night stay though.

location is great with direct train services (Keisei line) to and from both Narita and Haneda airports. The neighborhood is great with many Japanese style eateries.
The room size is a bit small (but normal for such budget-friendly hotels catering to short-term/over-night business stays).
