I was here already last year for 2 weeks! The quiet and private ambiance is very pleasant and one can feel almost home in Tokyo!
Next time I would like to have an offer of a weekly cleaning, a weekly bed linen chance. It is not comfortable to have no change for such a long time.

A great place to stay, with comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need. A special bonus was the drying function in the bathroom and the generous number of hangers, which made doing laundry while traveling incredibly convenient.
The location is absolutely perfect: close to Ginza, the Imperial Palace, metro stations, convenience stores, cafés, and plenty of places to explore. We especially appreciated the helpful and responsive staff. Everything was prepared for our arrival, communication was easy, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great, and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony.
A couple of things that could be improved: the internet could definitely be faster, and although there is a vacuum cleaner in the apartment, it would be useful to have something to quickly wipe or mop the floor as well.

This apartment is just a couple of hundred metres from the Ningyocho Subway Station and is surrounded by many choices to eat out. The kitchen equipment is very basic so cook-in options are a bit limited. It was very clean and quite comfortable but, like many Japanese apartments, it is not big. The small armchair also in the room was great. It was very secure and very quiet and we enjoyed our stay of four days.
There is a desk and one chair for eating, it would have been better to have a small table and two chairs to eat on for a couple.
The check in instructions are quite ambiguous. They do not emphasise that after you upload your passport details and get confirmation that you then also need to complete check-in on the i-pad in the foyer in order to get your room entry code. Luckily, we were helped by other guests who had the same trouble and we then helped two others that were stuck, unsure what to do.

Location was good though a very touristy part of Tokyo. The smart bath was an added bonus.
The property had a poor smell most likely from body odour from the previous guest. Even though there is a balcony, there is not enough air flow in the apartment. Should not be an issue for a short stay.
