Good location close to many metro stations, modern look, decent amount of space and smart organisation methods, great bathroom, comfortable bed with nice bedding. The temperature control was very accurate and had a fan only mode too. Fresh towels and water bottles provided daily.
Very few facilities in the hotel hence the 3 star rating.

Very good location to move across Tokio, good space in the rooms for the city and very nice staff

Location good but on quiet street. Need 10 mins walk to dining area and station
No luggage forwarding service. Staff not helpful to point out or assist to get external forwarder. It was later we realised that there is a designated Yamato forwarded luggage area at the lobby which the staff did not even tell us when we first enquire about this.
