This turned out to be the perfect stay for almost a week in Tokyo. We were three travelers and it was more than adequate space for all of us to stay comfortably. The location was very good too, very close to the station and maybe convenience stores. It was very nice to come back from very crowded areas in Tokyo to a very quiet Nihonbashi. The staff were EXCELLENT. Spoke great English and helped us ship luggage and buy bus passes to the airport. Everything went perfect and I would love to stay at this location again!

The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, which is what we preferred. It is only 2-3 minutes walk from the subway station and 5 minutes walk to the Airport Limousine bus, which was convenient. Many convenient stores nearby for late night eats. Staff are all friendly and kind.
The hotel was the priciest in our whole Japan trip. It was spacious with a small kitchenette and fridge. Great for family and group but since the price was so high, my expectations were high.
I didn’t give 5/5 because there were some inefficiencies. For example, the safe wasn’t working (they fixed promptly), corners of the room were all dusty (looked like the vacuum couldn’t reach the corners), toilet had a foul smell (they offered spray). Shampoo/soap didn’t smell the greatest. They offer 24/7 laundry/dryer service. Felt like the detergent they used was scent-less so our laundry didn’t smell clean after.
I appreciate creative gestures they offered. They offered guests free neighbourhood walk, simple activities in the hobby and small gadgets for kids to play with.
Overall a good hotel but I’m not sure if I would come back to this Mimaru location next time.
