The room was very nice, with a relaxing atmosphere. It had enough space for 2 suitcases and some assorted bags. Though if you want to use the couch/seating area for what it is meant for, space becomes more limited. The room has no bath, only a shower.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Note that you can only pay by card; the hotel does not accept cash payments. When initially my credit card payment was rejected (flagged as suspicious by my bank’s payment system), staff allowed me to go to my room anyway and said to come back after sorting things out with my bank. Which, fortunately, took not even half an hour.
The area around the hotel seemed to be mostly a business area. Still, there were enough shops and eateries around. I liked that it wasn’t extremely crowded.
I felt a little out of place in this hotel, since most of the clientele was younger and much hipper than me.
There was quite a lot of noise in the room. I couldn’t determine if it was the air conditioner that was loud, or street noise (my room was facing the street and the highway was close by too), or both. It wasn’t loud enough to keep me awake at night, but jarring when I wanted to have a quiet read.
