We loved the location. 10mins walk from Tokyo station and Hachiobori station around the corner were easily accessible. There were many convenience stores around the area as well as some great cafes.
We didn't really like the position of the bed up against the wall, it made it very difficult for the other person to get out of bed without disturbing the other, additionally the pillows weren't very comfortable.

What a beautiful and fresh hotel! The room was beautiful, clean and the beds were really comfortable. We were on the 12th floor so our favorite feature was the view - absolutely breathtaking! The room set up offered separated shower from the toilet which was really convenient. The location was great - close to the main station, couple metro stops and convenience stores. Overall, excellent value for money and a really comfortable choice for our packed Japan itinerary. As we were on our honeymoon, we also received a sweet little gift from the staff, which was really sweet. Thank you for making our Tokyo stay so beautiful and comfortable!

The room had an AWFULL odour ! Smelt like body odour very very stale smell that did not go away even with the humidifier on. Very disappointing. Bed was also not comfortable. Location was was not really near anything helpful for tourists.
