Tranquil area, unique and welcoming deco, and a delicious variety of breakfasts included, prepared on the spot. Also the staff is super friendly, I’d come back any time!

Excellent stay and the Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho. Check in was easy and they allowed us to access our room early. Room was very spacious and well furnished. Bathroom was well appointed and nicely decorated. Common space and lounge/breakfast area were both well furnished and serviced. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. The banana bread for breakfast was the best I have ever had. Check out was simple and efficient. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Caption. Beautifully designed and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and helpful. Restaurant downstairs had great food and ambiance, we loved the live jazz night. Super helpful location close to 2 different metro stations and a 10 min walk to Tokyo station.

We enjoyed three nights at Caption by Hyatt. This is a fabulous hotel. The staff were both friendly and very helpful. The facilities were of the highest order and the breakfast menu very good. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is set in the business district with access to transport nearby. I would certainly stay again.
