Located in a nice location with easy access to trains and food. They also provide some snacks at night if you return late. They also help you store luggage for couple days so we can go to Kyoto with less luggage.

Great location very close to Tokyo station. Highly recommend for families as rooms with 4 to 6 beds are hard to find. Value for price. Only negative is just no place to put luggage in the room and very little counter space in the sink area for toiletries. A minor inconvenience which pales in comparison to the value the property provides.

The hotel room is clean and big enough for us. Very cozy. The hotel staff friendly and helpful. Distance to Tokyo Station and other subway station quite near. Overall the hotel not bad and worth to come back again

The rooms are small but consistent with Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was extremely accommodating in holding our luggage as we took trips outside of Tokyo. They even put our luggage in our room in anticipation of our return.
