1. Overall Experience: My stay was good, and I noticed a significant improvement compared with my previous visit last year. 2. Rooms: The rooms provided to us were very good—spacious, comfortable, and suitable for our family. I stayed in a suite with two rooms, and each room had three beds plus a small bed for a child. 3. Privacy & Layout: The room arrangement was convenient. We had access through one main door, followed by a small lobby and then separate access to our rooms. This provided good privacy and there was no disturbance during our stay. 4. Location: The hotel is very close to the Haram, which is one of its biggest advantages. The convenient location made it easy for us to travel back and forth. 5. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. 6. Bathrooms: The bathrooms were acceptable but could be improved. In particular, the bathroom in one of the rooms was quite small and tight, making it difficult to move around comfortably. 7. Breakfast: I did not use the hotel's breakfast service, so I cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast. 8. Value for Money: Overall, I would say this is not more than a **3-star level hotel**, but considering the price I paid, it offers good value for money. 9. Overall Rating: 7/10. The hotel has improved noticeably since my last visit, and I would consider staying here again, especially because of its excellent location and reasonable value for money.

The bathroom in one of the rooms was very small and uncomfortable to move around in. Some facilities could also be improved, but overall the hotel was good value for money.
