Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Teman for 3 nights. It was not long enough (I still have dreams about the pool and the breakfasts). The hosts were fantastic. The breakfast cooked for us all each day was delicious and the facilities are beautiful. Lots of room for a family of 4 to spread out with your own private pool which is cleaned daily. The beds are very comfy (but if you have small children place the lounge seating cushions along next to the beds in case they fall out over night as the beds are very high off the ground and the floor is hard .... advice from experience). Air con in the bedrooms works wonderfully. Location is perfect - short stroll to the beach to go out on the early morning boats to see the dolphins and there are too many warungs within walking distance to count, so you can eat somewhere different each night. All have kind, friendly staff and love children. It was honestly such a great place to stay - highly recommend!
Nothing, it was all wonderful.

The villa is located in the center and in walking distance a lot of dinner/shopping options are available and the beach very close as well. The starting point for Dolphin swimming/watching is within walking distance. We booked the tour with the host of Villa Teman. The hostess are very kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast is prepared in the Villa and sufficient choices are available.
More a recommendation - The bathrooms are largely open, this gives some attraction of insects during the nights. I would have preferred to have one bathroom closed (especially for this kids).

The location was convenient and well-situated.
The air conditioning worked very well and kept the room comfortably cool.
The bathroom was spacious and provided plenty of room.
The TV is positioned too far from the lounge/living area, making it difficult to watch comfortably.
The breakfast was average and could be improved.
The staff were not particularly friendly and repeatedly reminded us about the 11 AM checkout, which made us feel rushed.
The twin beds were quite small for adults.
The shower was also uncomfortable, as the water spray did not feel pleasant on the body.
