Very quiet hotel. Pool area and garden was lovely. We received an upgrade on check-in which was great. The breakfast buffet was nice.
No hand towels in the room. Bed was a super king but the sheets and duvet didn't fit the bed which was very disappointing in such a good hotel. One note, while staff were polite and welcoming they were also a bit distant.

Amazing stay. After had a couple of noisy accomodation, we found heaven here. So quiet place, we really enjoyed everything here. The breakfast is very very tasty and has big variety. People are very kind and helpful, staff is amazing. We felt very welcomed. Room is spacious, matress is very comfortable, also very clean. Common spaces also very well maintained and all the areas are very clean.
We just had a perfect stay, I highly recommend.

Good location
Shifted rooms multiple times. Shower didn't work, hot water issues. My friends room had cockroaches in them. No 230V charging point. Staff billed laundry on their own and asked me to pay. Overall a negative experience
