nice staff. the room was ready before official checkin time, we could get in an hour earlyer. good location.
very low door to bathroom, hit head several times. no chair or table.

The staff, the lady was nice .
The bathroom carpet was changed the day after, since it was completely wet owing to the shower.
It was also possible to let my luggage before the check-in and after check out.
Since my room was ready earlier than expected, I was allowed to check earlier, which was really nice.
The shower. The shower head isn't stable enough, so at one point it fell on me.
The huge step to go to the bathroom. Whereas I didn't mind, people with knee problem may not like it.
The other guests who couldn't care less about respecting the night time, whether they arrive late or left early. It would be good to fix quiet time.

Staff were very helpful in handling our check-in online, since we could not arrive before reception closing time. Property is quite central and the room is quite functional, although rather small. Towels were replaced in the second day.
Lack of air conditioning, very difficult or nearly impossible car parking nearby, and noisy car repair garage across the street were some minus aspects. Price was definitely too high for such facilities, but we believe this was due to the very unusual demand for accommodation in view of the total Sun eclipse event on the second day of our stay.
