The breakfast is very good.
Most aspects of this hotel are very good.
The bedroom could be improved. The duvet was too hot. The extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy.

The food in the restaurant is really good. Staff is very friendly and positive. Beautiful lake next to the hotel.

Location is perfect due to my business needs , hotel is very clean but the staff in restaurant require some training in customer service skills .
I couldn't access my room on the second night as my key card would work and there was no night duty porter on . No signs as to call anyone out of hours . I requested a credit on this room night and was told i would need to apply to booking.Com as my booking was made through you , so i would request a credit to my credit card from the hotel . please advise as soon as possible
