Comfortable, convenient and in general ok

It was only for one night

The location was good for the airport and cruise terminal and the lawn bowls club for dinner. The rooms were clean.

1. The reception when we arrived. The notice said reception was open from 7am to 8pm. It was locked and the intercom was patchy- couldn't hear what was being said. We arrived early and just wanted to leave our bags so we could go find somewhere to wait and have lunch. But we were told to just go around the back. There was no safe place to leave our bags so we ended up sitting in the carport with a baby for 2 hours until they opened reception. 2. The television reception was very bad and I think they turn the wifi off at times - maybe it just poor wifi range.

Served the purpose of a place to stay before an early morning flight.

Convenient for early morning flight at Brisbane airport.

Had to ring the bell upon arrival as nobody was in reception. The operator then came out and unlocked the door and went and sat down, no greeting and when approached just gruffly said “Name?” And was just generally rude, like I was an inconvenience to whatever he was doing.

Good location clean you should look into having a space to leave there bag and change for that people would see value in

Could not access my room until 2 pm unless I paid an extra $20 to get in at 12 o’clock can’t see the significance of this if people are going to work they probably pick your motel for it’s location to the air port and the convenience of that I think you would get more people come back and stay if you drop your $20 fee expecially people going to and from work that$20 could cover there fair in a Uber or breakfast instead of just hanging over $20 dollars for the sake of 2 bloody hours they have probably just travel from home to there to get to work there are tired and want to sleep don’t get it

Superb

Simple clean 10 minutes to Brisbane Airport. Good for overnight stay with early morning flight. Well priced meals at Hamilton Bowls Club across the road.Idea to book for meal beforehand. Easy access to rail

It was clean, beds were pretty comfy. Stuff was lovely.

Mediocre experience

staff accommodating we needed to c/o a little later and they were ok with that.

Had a slightly run down feel and rooms were not well finished..housekeeping left empty tissue box and chairs on luggage rack..while there was nothing major it all added to the shabby vibe.

It’s a good cheep hotel if you need somewhere to stay staff were really good

There is a railway crossing across the street and the trains blow there horns every time they cross

Disappointing

It was very old, needs a good clean-up, paint was flaking off the walks and ceiling. Dirty walks and doors. Cockroach on the pillow and running around the floor.

Great location but you get what you pay for

The room was clean. Undercover parking was scarce but plenty of room beside your car. Key was left in mailbox as we arrived late.

Air conditioner leaked when it was turned off onto the carpet. There was mould in the skylight. Poor water pressure from shower

Family room located upstairs so my family had to carry huge suitcases up the stairs..not a pleasant thing to do with no help from the staff..

Over a would stay again

Clean, good location, comfortable bed

There was noise from trains blowing their horns due to the closeness of the crossing and the motel is under a flight path. The noise was ‘t to bad but was noticeable. The vanity in bathroom needs upgrading

Was very convenient for our early flight the next day

There was a bit of noise. But I think it is a motel for travellers so is to be expected. People leaving/ coming late/ early etc.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, much better once the noise from planes & trains settled later in the night.

for a short stay near the airport it’s a good choice..

short 10 minute drive to the airport. very comfy bed. lots of hot water In the shower.

air con unit in the room needs replacement as the blades that direct the air movement are broken.

It was comfortable. The key was easy to find. Not too far form the airport. Not expensive.

No bottled water, coffee or milk. Someone decided it was ok to use a turbo powered whipper-snipper before 7am. About $30 cab fare from airport.

Great location.

Great location and they allow us to travel with our pet dog.

The TV was not tuned to many channels and they had increased the prices because of the horse racing nearby.
