The location was phenomenal. The decor was beautiful and the room spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with requests regarding dinner, airport transfers, etc. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Omar and Mariam, for all of their help.

The location was good and the staff friendly
The room was not ckeaned properly during our stay, the floors were dirty and we had to ask several times for clean towels. There was no soap or shampoo, only hand wash.
