Advertised as dog friendly but reception initially refused entry for my dog which he said was too big. He let me stay under pressure due to my circumstances as long as the dog slept in the bathroom.
They should advertise small dogs only !

There was a problem with our booking. We ordered 2 beds but the booking went through as 1 bed. The guy at Reception was very helpful at changing our room so we had 2 beds. Easy check in, good location.
The room was very basic. There was no sink to wash dishes except in the bathroom - yuck. So we left our dishes packed neatly on the side expecting that they would be cleaned in a more appropriate place. There was no bedside table to put things like a phone or a cup of tea when resting or sleeping. The room did not get cleaned, beds didn't get made, the wet towels were replaced but left just inside the door, not even in the bathroom. Never had such poor service like this
