Conveniently located, off street parking. Staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. Room was very tidy and, given the complex seemed somewhat dated, very clean. Comfy bed and great shower water pressure.
Complex is somewhat dated with the exterior needing a fair bit of maintenance work to refresh it. Quite a few areas were closed off for maintenance and renovations from the looks. Aircon in room did take a while to cool room down.

Friendly, helpful staff, great location ( easy access to Brisbane River ferry and airport) comfortable room with view over the gardens. Parking available.
A toaster in the room would be a welcome addition
