Location was handy and easy yo get there.
Rooms were small, bathroom door squeaked. Exhaust fan sounded like a freight train. So loud. Heard the neighbours being sick through the walls. Outside light shone in under door. Had to put a towel there.

Room was: 'pokey' for 2 people; needed airing - smelt stale; patio needed a good hose down - was dusty and smelt from smoking.
