The good: It was good value for money. It was clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy. Air con and TV worked. Was pleasantly surprised to have a microwave also. I only needed a place to crash each night for 5 nights for a conference and it worked well for this purpose. It was conveniently located to the conference location and an easy and flat walk from the Oakleigh Train Station.
Being on Dandenong Road meant hearing the traffic into the wee hours of the morning. I had read reviews saying the motel was quiet - and inside the motel
itself it was very quiet - but the road noise from outside was quite loud and kept me awake. If traffic noise bothers you, ask for a room at the back or don’t risk it and stay somewhere else.

Proximity to convention place,,, easy walking distance. Have been before so knew what to expect. Loved loved the bed and shower... Just w what's needed after long days.
Staff friendly and obliging with our requests.
Nothing in particular. Noted that the building is looking tired in places. Fundamentally it has all that we needed.

Great location . Comfortable Bed easy to use keyless entry to room
No utensils like knife to spread toast etc no plates . Really needs updating
