Really great rural location but only minutes from NEC and airport.
A couple of maintenance jobs need to be done to make the stay better, and probably time to upgrade the mattresses in the room we had.

Nothing in particular, It served a purpose
It’s in the flight path so you hear planes taking off frequently, the door frame was rotten in the bathroom, and some mould on the ceiling, there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, some of the sugar sachets had gone hard so had been there a while, didn’t really feel it was good value for money, and a vehicle turned that I believe was something to do with the main residence, as no other guests were staying that evening,this was after 21:30 playing loud music, which wasn’t particularly helpful when trying to sleep due to an early morning flight, and didn’t get to sample breakfast due to leaving at 06:00 and it’s not served until after 07:00.
