Stayed here before, great value for money, comfortable, clean, free car park, easy access to the city centre, rooms are tad tired but for what your paying you cannot complain, nice friendly staff, everything you need

Last year look on booking .com and want a good hotel in Birmingham for two days and want the same hotel had before and see had rooms for the days want and no my first day have to leave early for the Alexander Stadium so missed breakfast and will not book with breakfast and on the booking .com can not for the next day and was at the hotel that inform be ok and happy to have breakfast next day and no have to pay is fine when was inform the person run the kitchen was on holiday and was sad is only one person and had book on the website will get same money back because kitchen was closed
