The staff was friendly and the meals were good and we were safe at the beach.

Entertainment should be more organized . Guest on arrival should be made aware of the days, locaton and times of live entertainment at the hotel.

Beware! Take an abundant amount of mosquito repellant as these are quite 'savage' everywher - in bedrooms as well!

Location is really amazing. Stunning beach and not very busy. - We went April. Food choices at the Palms Buffet was great at each meal. Our room was a generous size wth a great view - we chose king size with a sea view. Staff in Long bar were excellent

Towels and room service are only once a week. Only other place to have evening meal you had to book for and guests were queueing before 7am to book! Decor a bit tired especially in common areas and bathrooms. Wine warm. Gym very poor facilities.
