Loved the location right across from the beach. Also, the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Front office staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Only thing missing is usb or usbc ports to charge our phones and devices. We brought our charge cables, but didn’t have adaptors with us so made a quick trip to Kmart to buy one.

The location was fabulous, and the view to beach awesome Michaela, the front desk staff member was lovely and helpful and knowledgeable. Also the amazing "welcome pack" was more than just a bottle of wine.
A sign in the lift indicated the pool/spa would be under maintenance in August 2026. It was not done and looked rather shabby and paint peeling around the edges of pool and spa. The umbrella's need replacing. I booked a studio with Air Cond. (per your website) I was not told we would be sharing this with a 1-bedroom apartment. Therefore, one night we had it on cool & it was turned off by other apartment, so I had no sleep as we had the door closed and I sweated then opened the sliding door to hear traffic and trucks all night. Also, tissues in the room would be good.
