Ok but don't pick the room with city view = highway view if you don't use earplugs to sleep.

Location, spacious room

Very very noisy room by the road. All day and evening. Needs soundproofing. Ceiling is damp with damaged paint. Easy to fix. Bed, pillows feel old and very soft. Not hot water and very low pressure

Watch out when booking

Good hotel next to the main road. Good service, comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms.

There was a discount where i could do 3 days for a little over 700.000idr (instead of 2.1 million) which is an excellent deal for a hotel like this. Because of a flight change i could only stay 2 nights and ended up having to pay 1.17 million for those 2 nights. That wasn’t the deal -.-

There wasn't coin laundry near the hotel, so I asked hotel staff I needed laundry express. He searched delivery laundry outside and ordered instead me, though they are offering laundry service. It was so helpful, thanks!

I couldn't use hair dryer because of shortage.

OK for transit or short stays

When I arrived, they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room because my original room was fully booked, and I appreciated this gesture. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. However, the in-room phone and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Not a big deal for me, though.

They should really consider buying new sets of linens, towels, and pillows.

The room was ckean and the bed was comfy. It has bakcony where we can sèe the kids swimming at the pool.

The elevator was under maintenance on the 2nd day of our trip. I have problem with my knees so it's really uncomfortable to climb up the stairs to reach my room at level 3 .

Nice accommodation for one night

Clean room with AC, perfect for one night when you are arriving from a late flight

The reception told me that I could have breakfast in the morning, but the morning itself they told me that I had to make a reservation for that in advance, so there was no breakfast for me

definitely not a place for chill or relax

location

the facilities very old and outdated, they need renovation. Also, I specifically asked for a quiet room on higher floor to get sleep after long flight and they put me on 2nd floor next to bunch of crazy students who were screaming and running around all night and again in the morning.

Just need more clean and double check as we still see dust and kecoa di bed 🙈 and tv banyak semut .

Location was great , breakfast is ok ,Aircon super cold as good as hit of the sun 😎, service was good .

Every times we back to the room I thought should be clean but not clean in floor was not clean and they need more clean every single spots of hotel room also the bathroom.

i like it because some restaurants and other places you need like groceries are only nearby. the guard was very nice and staff were accommodating too..

i dont like it at first because it seemed there were not expecting us.. the room was with water on the floor because of the ice melted from the small fridge and we dont know if the bed sheets were new because my skin were irritated from itching...the shower glass was with soap residues and it was not clean..

Good price hotel, but need to have better payment management

The price and location

1. I did order for my family and already paid it in advance a night before my family arrives. But when my family checked in, the receptionist told to my family that the room is not paid yet. Once I explained to my family that I already paid the room and have the payment receipt, they told the receptionist that it already paid and have the receipt. After that the receptionist check the system and told my family it already paid. No apology at all from the receptionist. If I didn't tell my family that I already paid the room, they will pay it and it means we are charged twice. Better to fix the payment system and management. 2. Aircon in room 523 was not cool at all.
