Great apartment, very good location. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Parking is not directly at the apartment, but public parking is nearby.

Keyless entry. Located in west end across the street from trams. Very clean. Washer and dryer.

The doors slamming! Both interior bedroom doors slammed, front door slammed. Oddly the bathroom door did not. You can hear other slamming doors from nearby apartments. The slamming is a dealbreaker for me. And may be with noise sensitive people. (I presume it must be a fire regulation, but wow.)
No wall/door hooks to hang towels or things.
The washer machine was highly unstable making excessive noice and bumping against the cabinet. I attempted to hold it steady during spin cycle.
The windows function but cannot be opened more than 4 cm as hit a soffit. They dont stay open promoting cross breezes. You’ll need a very small wedge to prop them open.
Our bed as just ok, bordering on uncomfortable.
