Great location and beautiful old home. Friendly staff and generous breakfast.
We had a fabulous front room with a big window.
Some rooms don’t have windows and you have to be happy in an older building.

I liked all of it. I much prefer a boutique hotel to a big brand. The breakfast was limited but sufficient and had local produce which was lovely. The lounge areas were lovely too.
If i had to pick anything it was that my room was on the top floor and the shower was in the room. I was glad I was travelling alone due to the potential privacy/showering issue. To be fair I did say on my booking it was only for one person so I have no reason to believe that I would have been put in this room should I be travelling with my teenage child.

Central location
They sold me room space for 8 people instead did 4 people as rooms were not listed as having space for 4 people. Only one staff member on so door was locked on arrival. No parking. Bit disorganised
