The location was fabulous. Upon check in we were asked about breakfast and this was a great option as we were flying home and only €3pp for coffee/fruit juice/crossaint. Staff were real friendly & the bed was comfortable
Bathroom was a little small and rooms outdated.

I really liked the location of the guesthouse. It was quite central, and the room was very clean.
I didn’t like the attitude of the reception staff. The waiting area was small, and the rooms were dark with very high ceilings.

It was very close to the leaning tower, restaurants and shops etc. The tower was easy to find as it was turn right out of the hotel and follow the road.
You get what you pay for so I can’t give a negative.

The property had a lovely restaurant attached and the rooms were a good size. Bed was really comfortable and soft
Needs a little up dating
