The property has a unique charm that rivals the amenities of any five-star hotel. Set in an ancient building with a beautiful courtyard, it makes you feel as though time has turned back. The terrace, filled with tropical plants, offers an atmosphere of pure relaxation and calmness. Inside, the apartment is huge, boasting 4-meter-high ceilings and beautiful antique furniture. Modern comfort has not been sacrificed, however: the bed meets all contemporary standards, the kitchen is fully equipped down to the last detail, and the bathroom is spotless and modern. Fermo itself is a charming town, located very close to the beautiful beaches of Porto San Giorgio.
When booking this place, you should be aware that it is not a hotel. We missed checking our email the day before arrival, which is exactly when we received the check-in details. As a result, when we arrived, there was no one there to let us in, and the telephone number listed on Booking was not answering. We spent half an hour on the street struggling with the Booking AI agent before we finally checked our email and discovered that the property had sent us a new phone number. Although we received several automated emails from the hosts featuring the area and local restaurants, we expected a more personal touch, especially since we only met the hosts once and they did not speak English.

Palazzo storico ben tenuto, il nostro appartamento aveva 6 posti letto ed era molto ampio e attrezzato, molto apprezzati l'angolo ben fornito per la colazione e il balcone con sdrai e tavolo per mangiare fuori, zona molto tranquilla, consiglio di parcheggiare nei pressi della base dell'ascensore che porta praticamente davanti al palazzo

Our room was large but rustic and oddly furnished - the space was formerly a stable. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not included but some snacks and coffee were available in the room. There are several interesting things to see in Fermo (museum, theater tour, and cistern tour) and the room is a short walk from the city center.
The room was so dark that parts of the room were unusable until we repositioned some of the lamps. We were on the lower floor and the windows were covered so there was no natural light. Parking was difficult as the streets are narrow and the town on a hill.
