Nothing as such to be liked. In fact the rooms and other areas need to be revamped asap.

Had booked the best category room which was the suite, my check in time was around 1pm onwards, however my room wasn’t ready till evening 8pm. Also I received calls the next day stating me that the last checkout time was by 12noon or else I would have to pay fine. Unbelievable. Also as i had mentioned in my booking that i would be checking along with an infant there wasn’t a single person asking about any extra service they could provide to comfort the baby. Rooms had to be mopped again after I had checked in, no response from the reception even though i had called multiple times to get a call back from the duty manager but absolutely no response. Washrooms were kind of filthy. Lastly entire rooms were occupied with mosquitos. Terrible experience. Will never book with this group again.

Best front office team under Mr. Shalender leadership

Entire front office team is great. Special thank you Shalender and the entire front office team. They're having always smile on the face.. keep it up

Room needs to renovate. In the some of the rooms bathrooms are very small.

need more continental non veg food in breakfast.. Also need to be more room friendly . and allow us to take some stuff in the room too. it will be good those who are in the room. Many five star hotels allows and encourage this.

Rude staff front of desk.

The room spacious with a view good view.

The cleaning staff and bell men were great. The front of desk were not kind to me. I felt very uncomfortable having to ask for help. I was staying at the hotel as I had a function I was attending for 11 days nearby, so I didn’t want to the inconvenience of moving hotel. I’m in a hotel in Mumbai at the moment and the staff are so very kind and helpful it’s really shown me that my stay in Delhi at Radisson Blu was really not a good one.

Excellent hotel but not the best of staff working at the hotel

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable to stay in. The location was great as well as the facilities in the hotel.

The staff were not as friendly as I had experienced in many other hotels that I had stayed at. The staff all look very depressed as they do not smile nor greet you. Please review staff training as this is a 5 star hotel and require 5 star staff.

A nice place to stay if you want to polish your Mosquito hunting skills.. 🙂

Location was good.

Mosquitos. Lots and lots Mosquitos. 🦟🦟🦟🦟 Spending 3 nights in a room by such established Hotel brand should not have felt like a survival challenge in Amazon forest.😵 Even after multiple complaints for cleaning, had to kill Mosquitos by own hands in order to get just few hours of sleep, breaking what sometimes was taken up as challenge by a few less civilised guests in lobby.👹

The stay was comfortable enough to visit this facility again

Stayed in hotel for more than a week and at the beginning the Hygine was an issue, but the The Senior Team specially the Front Manager Mr. Shalender and the Chefs in Restaurant Mr. Bidydhar and Mr. Ugarasen made all the efforts to make my stay cullinary with a nice feast breakfast. The Floor Attendent Mr. Deepak was taking care of Room hygine daily. Keep it up and all the best wishes from Germany. See you again
