⭐⭐⭐⭐
Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka
Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars.
The room service and food were excellent, especially the Risotto, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels a little old and dated, but it was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was generally good.
The check-in experience was excellent. The attendant was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. The checkout experience was still good, although the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and busy at the time.
One major issue was the mattress. It was extremely soft and appeared to have lost its shape, which made sleeping uncomfortable and caused us to feel like we were sliding toward the edge of the bed. This definitely needs attention.

Room size was great and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast and Dinner were both varied and tasty. Nice entertainment in restaurant during some evenings. Spa was nice. Few shops in the mall which was nice to have on site. Nice coffee place on first floor.
Room décor a bit tired and it feels a bit dark inside. Brighter rooms and lighting would be nice.

not much actually. I wish they can improve in the future.
i think the hotel is experimenting with the staff that is not well trained to talk to the guest. Due to commercial acitvities inside the staff there is less stress to the travellers coming to the hotel , taking less care of there minute needs.
