Comfortable room in a great location, close to metro line 5 (and short walk to Bastille, and lines 1, 8, 9). Quiet room, and comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Restaurant and bar downstairs.
Air conditioner stopped working and alerted staff but was not fixed. Slept with window open, which was slightly noisy but thankfully not during the recent heatwave. Indoor pool/spa nice to have but dark and musty smell, poorly ventilated.

The spa is a super nice touch!
The breakfast didn't seem worth the price. We opted to go out for breakfast instead. Luckily, the hotel is in a neighborhood with TONS of nice restaurants/cafes/brunch places.

Location is excellent and staff really pleasant and friendly
The air condition didn’t work properly and despite us mentioning this problem every morning it wasn’t fixed and I woke up from the heat in the middle of the night every night we were there
