The whole stay was just fantastic. We had an Appartement with a balcony on each floor with incredible sea view. There was also a kitchen and coffee machine inside. The parts of the hotel are build on different platforms. The restaurant is on the top, then you have the panorama pool with the beach bar and further downstairs there is a private beach. On the privat beach you can either choose to stay on beton platforms or on wooden platforms.
The breakfast was really good, with a lot of choice. The rocky beach was really beautiful, there was no garbage at all in the water and if you have some goggles with you can see a lot of fishes swimming around. There were additional activities for guests, such as kayaking, stand up paddling, etc… and the view was really just breathtaking - i can‘t highlight it enough. Totally worth the money
It would be super convenient to have a store close to the Appartements, as going to the city required you to go down those terrible roads everyone is mentioning in the reviews. You get used to it, but this would make the hotel perfect. Or maybe a water taxi to the city of Ulqin?
The food and service at the restaurant did not fully reach their potential yet!

Lovely quiet hotel along a small coast road.
Area by the sea is lovely with plenty of sun chairs.
Terrible smell coming from the drains in our bathroom.
Toaster was broken when we were having breakfast.

Everything! Small friendly hotel in great location . The staff were so friendly & helpful. Beautiful view from seaview rooms , spacious , clean . Delicious breakfast .

Eneida is a beautiful complex of apartments, set in the stones of Ulcinj, in a very quiet area. We love everything. Private beach, no fighting around chairs. Clean water, a pond for jumping, showers at the beach. I loved the beach bar as well, very friendly staff. The breakfast was good and sufficient. We had dinner here once, but we liked the restaurant options in the old town better. We were in rooms 102-104 and everything was renovated and nice. We had room service every day.
THE ROAD
I see people panicking about the road to the hotel, it is not that bad. Yes, only one car can fit, but it is not the main road, it is not busy. If it happens so, you "agree" on someone moving to the side and pass by. (I have added a picture of the road)
We liked pretty much everything. WiFi was really bad the first 2 days, but then someone came to fix it for the entire hotel, and it worked fine for the rest of our stay. It is not a con, but there are many stairs, if you have problems with walking or similar, take this into consideration.

The view is fabulous. The apartment was spacious and just right for our family of four. It was walk Paul into the old town near the fortress and had a terrific breakfast.
Unfortunately, in our room, the air conditioning wouldn’t work. It would overwhelm the circuit and the fuse kept blowing. It would turn off after a few minutes. Unfortunately there were no screens on the windows so although you could get a terrific breeze (we went May 28 so getting hot) the mosquitoes were awful. Since the air conditioning would not work we had to open the windows to get the air inside and we all were bitten all over our bodies at night. It was such a shame too. We didn’t hear anyone else complaining so we think it was just an issue with our room, and in fact the staff told us that our apartment connected with another apartment and the other people were using too much electricity. I think we would still stay here because it was so beautiful, but we would certainly ask for a different apartment. Summer is too hot to go without air conditioning and there are too many mosquitoes to keep the windows open.

beautiful gardens. great views. rained all the time but not their fault. tasty truffle pasta. upgraded room but…
scary drive in and out on hazardous road. dinner on second night at hotel had over cooked chicken. tried to order wine but waiter knew nothing about the wines on the wine list. got bitten all over legs with tiny bites. think bedbugs as I found insect casings on floor in bedroom but didn’t realise what they were until we had left and I consulted google. told the property who said I should have told them when we were there (it was only 2 nights and only realised what the bites were on the day we left) and that they wash the mattress cover (not sure this stops bed bugs)…

We were hosted by a genuinely welcoming staff here. Everything was considered. It was an extremely calm and comfortable experience. They provided delicious food and amazing service. Highly recommended for a few days' trip to Ulcinj.

The property has an idyllic location with unobstructed views of the Adriatic from the rooms and a private beach within walking distance of Ulcinj’s old town. The rooms are fairly spacious and have private balconies large enough to lounge on. There is a seaside lounge area, a pool, a restaurant, a pool bar, ample parking for guests and the staff throughout the property are very welcoming.
Given the luxurious setting, we were a bit surprised by the frequent power and Wi-Fi outages, poor quality of the fixtures, materials and built-in furniture (loose sink fittings, unfinished kitchen cabinets, etc.) and general work-in-progress vibe.

This place exceeded our expectations! Beautiful property on a cliff overlooking the ocean and the old town, which it’s a 10 minute walk. The pool, restaurant and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a kitchen, balcony and sea views. Irma and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, polite, professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of options. We also had dinner at the restaurant at night. Service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

The room was not like advertised. It was more old style, especially bathroom. So I would not say that it is a great value to the price.

The view from the apartment was stunning! the staff were very friendly and accommodated all our requests.
The road that takes you to the hotel is too narrow and can only fit one car although it is a two-way street. But, it is absolutely worth taking that road!

We love this hotel and will keep on returning. The breakfast buffet is one of the nicest ever! The family is wonderful and very responsive. The view is stunning, the room is spacious and there is everything you need. Even the toiletries are very nice. They also have free parking, which can be difficult to find at some other places.
The only thing that they can't change is the road there. It is rather narrow and winding.

the location was beautiful and the breakfast was great, staff was generally friendly
the room was far below what they advertised as it was one of the old ones on the premises whereas most photos on the profile are from the new building. the walls in our room were covered in mold - hidden behind peeling-off wallpaper that had seen better days. we had ants and some spider webs, showing the cleanliness levels entirely weren’t on par. upon complaints, the staff was unable to move us to a room without mold.

lovely vibe , breakfast really nice very friendly staff
no air con in any of the bedrooms and the road to the location is very stressful . The infrastructure and parking on the roads are at a very different standard to western Europe . 1 hour drive can easily be turn into 4 hours . So google maps dont give real times. thats no reflection on the hotel but its just not worth the bumper to bumper 6.5 hour (135km)return trip to dubrovnik airport .

Beautiful location and fabulous views. Breakfast was amazing and the lunch menu was great. Always plenty of sun beds available.
Room had seen better days. We were in one of the old rooms (100-104). There was a door from the wardrobe that obviously had malfunctioned and was just propped up at the other side of the room. The lady who showed us our room acknowledged it and expressed surprise it hadn’t been moved. But there it remained for our 5 night stay. A lot of people have said on reviews that road is dangerous. It isn’t dangerous, just tricky if you meet a. car coming the other way as it’s extremely narrow and there are limited passing points. But you’re not going to career off the edge and into the sea. There’s a safety barrier.

LOCATION:
Stunning outlook in quiet area ...really nice hotel!
The small lane road could be problematic if you are driving. Only room for one car and few places to pull over, but worth it!
Only 15 minute walk to old town...a few hills but doable
HOTEL:
It's really beautiful how they have integrated the hotel into the landscape and rocks. It's stunning and seems much nicer than neighbouring hotels/ accommodation.
Beautiful lush gardens with pruned trees, flowers and plants. You don't really want to leave at all..spend time here definitely
Value for money with breakfast included and private beach (others charge €10 a sunbed)
Staff are amazing, the boys working here are so polite and attentive, eveyone is just lovely!
BREAKFAST:
Brilliant couldn't fault it one bit. So many choices; oat and soy milk, homemade jams, cold meats, eggs, salads, cereals , juices, and so many pastries etc .. beautiful views from this area too.
BEACH / POOL:
Pool is nice but small so unless you're early you won't get a spot around it.
The beach (built into the rocks) is really beautiful...lots of sun loungers and blue waters to take a dip. It's so nice to spend the day here!
LOCAL AREA:
Walk 15 minutes to old town which is beautiful although a little rough around the edges which is part of the charm. If you keep going to the other side to hit little beach the tone changes completely. It's busy, full of huge restaurants that cater for the masses very much in contrast to the beautiful setting of enida and old town, but of course depends what you like.
ROOMS:
We booked a studio double with balcony from booking.com. and was a little disappointed, which was much older than any pictures shown on booking or the website. Our bed was two singles pushed together which moved apart and we had single sheets so kept falling off the beds. We were clearly in the older part they don't show pictures of. Understand that you may not get the 'exact' room but it wasn't even close to the pictures. We also looked at another room and it was even older. Maybe call directly and make sure you are in the newest part and not rooms 101-10
