- room: spacious and clean, nice bathroom and balcony.
- location: nice little town, great restuarants around, great to visit nearby towns and QC Terme Dolomiti spa that does a birthday discount and I was treated extra special.
- special request: i have sent in a special request whether the hotel could make my birthday somehow special - they did not.
- spa: beautiful place, however, the receptionist lady did not mention that we have to pay for it, only booked us in for the timeslot.

Beautiful cosy room with a stunning view. Really enjoyed the spa as well. Staff was very friendly.
Lift was broken, as was the fridge in our room, which when travelling with a baby and a dog is not ideal.

No wi-fi in the facility (we were not in the main building, but elsewhere, maybe in some kind of "partner" facility - that may be the reason).
