I was not aware that accessing my room required climbing 2 floors of difficult stairs via a circular staircase. I found the stairs difficult.

Everything- the location was in a most beautiful part of the city, leafy, full of cafes and restaurants and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Staying at The Villa Condesa is like staying at a friends house. We were made to feel very comfortable and welcome. We were able to ask for coffee at 5 am! The breakfast was delicious and served with a smile in a lovely winter garden. We loved it and found it very relaxing and peaceful after our busy day trips sightseeing

Beautiful property with a garden style atmosphere with a nice cozy home-like lobby area. Breakfast in the outdoor dining area was a wonderful treat each day as well.
Everything was great - (could use a fan in the bathroom, but that’s super minor).
