Las Alcobas is an excellent hotel located right in the heart of Polanco, making it perfect for walking, dining, and exploring the area. The location alone is a big plus.
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, always making us feel welcome. The room was very modern and high-tech, with smart design and great attention to detail. While the room was a bit smaller than expected compared to other hotels in Polanco, it was comfortable and did the job perfectly.
The only minor issue we encountered was with breakfast. Our booking included breakfast, but initially it was limited to pastries only. After raising this with the team, they immediately upgraded us to a full breakfast, which we really appreciated and shows their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Highly recommended.
