Assisi is in Italy. At first I thought it was a flag of Italy hanging outside our balcony, but it was a flag of Palestine. Nothing against Palestinians of course. Politics should not come into travel destinations. Instead of 10 I give 8 (still very good)

5 minutes walk to Assisi train station making the coming and returning by train very easy. The good restaurant is right next to the property.

Location is perfect! Very clean and just enough for our needs. The balcony is an added touch.

The location was perfect-the town itself is really lovely and the Basilica in walking distance and worth a visit.
It would have been good to have some water and water glasses available in the room.
Coffee was available on the staircase but only very strong espresso in tiny paper cups which for a non- Italian was too strong. But breakfast in a nearby cafe was good and lots of options for snacks.
