This place was great! Great part of the island, quiet surroundings with a 15 walk through the jungle and we were walking to other beaches and restaurants. Staff was friendly, specially the lady from reception. Rooms are simple but cozy, and very clean. Nice view from the balcony

The lady owner was so kind and friendly, she made me fat with all the banana cake! Perfect location from the jetty. Huge room with two double beds (we were there as a couple). Very close to beach and the view was amazing, getting to see fish and sharks. Had fan and air con which was perfect. I only had breakfasts there, and loved the pancakes.
A better lunch/evening menu would have been great, as only burgers but very close to other restaurants

Location excellent. The staff Fathima and the girl cooking food are both stand outs of this place. The very best thing about this island was the snorkelling which is nothing to do with the accommodation.
Without the staff this place is just a poorly furnished shabby place with uncomfortable beds that just happens to be in a good location. For what it is it’s seriously overpriced. We checked the prices of goods on sale in the store with prices on the other island where they are about half as much. I think they bank on people staying put. I also felt the pictures on Booking.Com very misleading as I firmly believed I had booked a room on the upper floor. Instead we were put in a room downstairs in a corner with no view. The island is also filthy in places with plastic bottles and other rubbish just dumped on the beaches. They charge you to visit the island and a lot of locals are making good money off it so why can’t they clean it up too! The boat journey to get to the island was also horrendously bumpy felt like driving over rocks at times.
