Overall, the staff is amazing and I must call out that Marie (guest services) was very helpful throughout the whole stay. She was very supportive and knows English as well which is quite a relief for me.
No big issue but don't have any different choice of food near by.

Facilities were modern and clean. Room was very large and comfortable. Staff were all very helpful and kind. Breakfast was very gourmet and covered all the cuisines.
Can’t be helped, but I wish the hotel was closer to a metro station.

Personal helps you with your suitcases when you arrive. The lobby is large and the hotel restaurant and bar are good.
I expected more luxury based on the pictures and price, but got a little disappointed. The hotel is very old and out dated, the rooms feel old because of the carpet and outdated TV, telephone and bathroom. It could use a good renovation. You have to wait very long for the elevator because of the many guest. The personal speaks little english, so communicating can be hard. The location of the hotel is not good. Very far from the city centre and 20 minute walk from the nearest subway, then a 30 minute drive/ride to the city. No nearby restaurants of cafe's. The breakfast menu is very dry and not high quality.
