A very out dated hotel. In this so called futuristic city, the sheraton is a symbol of the past. IT REALLY NEEDS A FULL RENNOVATION.
The rooms are tired, and the decor is like a love hotel.

Location is perfect, next to the metro and big mall. The staff is nice and speaks English correctly. Swimming pool is also nice.
The hotel has a huge building and infrastructure, nicely built. However, it still feels under exploited and cheap somehow. Our room was in west building and to get access to the pool we had to go down to lobby to get the next building elevator, when both buildings are connected to the pool platform. The hotel just chooses to drive people to the unique pool reception.

Fantastic location next to the Bit City underground mall and well connected to various subway stations.
Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating.
Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was decent.
Hotel is old and in dire need of a makeover.
Strange and disturbing portrait paintings in the hotel room was not welcoming.
Cleanliness of the room was questionable especially the carpet. And the room had a bad odour in need of fresh air.

Really comfortable beds, spacious room, great location, fantastic breakfast and overall a grand, beautiful hotel.
Outdoor pool was closed due to rain which was a shame
