Super well located, close to the Bund, Yu Garden and Nanjing Road. Very helpful and flexible staff at reception. Decent variety at breakfast.
Nothing really - room was a little less spatious compared to other hotels in China. Carpeted floor in the hallway may create the impression of being a little dated.

I changed rooms the first room was dirty with carpet stains and smells. I paid $2800+ for 7 days i expect better!!
The initial room offered to me was dark dingy and smelly. Not properly cleaned. Needs refurbished asap
